Transferring water shares

If you are transferring both water share and land ownership, you must consult the relevant Water Corporation. They will clarify your needs and create a customised Form 55. That for will capture all the elements that you want changed and streamline the process to ensure no aspect is missed.

    • Form 1 - Application to Transfer a Water Share
    • Annexure to Form 1 - use this if more space is required for signatures or portion transfers.
    • Form 10 - Application for a Limited Term Transfer
