If you are transferring both water share and land ownership, you must consult the relevant Water Corporation. They will clarify your needs and create a customised Form 55. That for will capture all the elements that you want changed and streamline the process to ensure no aspect is missed.
To transfer the ownership of the water share on its own, use the forms below. Both Form 1 and Form 10 must be accompanied by a Water Share Owner Identity Check.

If the water corporation approves your application to transfer your water share you will then need to apply to the Water Registrar to record the transfer. You will receive appropriate instructions in correspondence from your water corporation.
