Customers using tagged Goulburn water in the Lower Broken Creek have been able to access an exemption from Goulburn to Murray trade limit restrictions since 2019.

This exemption is currently due to expire on 30 June 2026.

The Minister has recently approved an extension to the exemption through to 30 June 2030. This extension will be formally gazetted shortly.
