Our service provider is performing essential server software configuration and upgrades on Sunday 23 September 2018.

All the Victorian Water Register's online services will be affected during the works. Specifically, the following systems will be impacted for the whole day from 08:45 AM to 5:00 PM

• Broker Portal and API
• 'My Water' access and online allocation trading
• Access to the public Water Register website, including for Copy of Record purchases.

While we anticipate that access to all services will be restored by 05:30 PM on Sunday, there may be small further some delay due to the significant nature of the works.
